Job Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of 10 employees, ensuring accountability and consistent performance.
· Oversee timely follow-up on client collections and maintain clear communication with the team.
· Assist with collection calls for escalated accounts, including direct interaction with attorneys and clients.
· Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts related to accounts receivable and collections.
· Develop internal processes to improve efficiency and consistency in collections efforts.
· Train and mentor new team members on systems and workflows.
Requirements:
· Advanced Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)
· Experience working in a mid-to-large sized legal firm
Preferred:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
· Experience with Aderant
