We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our SVP, Special Music & Live Events for CBS Network Entertainment Programming. This is an onsite role based in Los Angeles, CA.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and roll calls
- Schedule meetings
- Maintain reports for internal & external purposes
- Coordinate travel
- Complete expense reports
- Assist with projects and events as needed
- Additional projects and duties as assigned
- Will be expected to help on site and work some weekends.
JOB QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
Work Experience:
- 1 to 2 years’ experience working for a television executive, talent agency, or as a Production Assistant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong passion and working knowledge of the entertainment industry across music, film, and television
- Excellent communication, computer, and phone skills
- Proactive decision-maker who anticipates needs and solves issues early
- Skilled multitasker with speed and accuracy
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Confident and professional when interacting with senior executives

Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 53,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
