What We Are Looking For:
A driven and mission focused Angel Tree Coordinator Relations Manager to ensure a positive experience for Angel Tree Christmas church coordinators by managing messaging and marketing deliverables as well as providing coordinator support through trainings and focus groups.

Expectations of This Role:

• Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
• Provide marketing strategy and oversight for all Angel Tree deliverables
• Support Angel Tree Christmas church coordinators and resolve issues that arise
• Oversee data quality and system integrity across Salesforce, Angel Base and other related platforms

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing program management
• 3-5 years of experience in volunteer/staff training (large scale volunteer training experience preferred)
• 3-5 years ministry experience within the local church or a parachurch ministry
• 2 years data management experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or other relevant area or equivalent coursework and related experience
• Intermediate+ Salesforce, MS Office, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and databases 
• Sound knowledge of content and digital communications, process and data management
• Excellent communication skills
• This is a remote/work from home position with an up to 10% travel component

Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $60,000 and $65,000.
