Job Duties:

1. Read customer work order sheets.
2. Operate angle roll former, looper, bandsaw, and clinching machines.
3. Align components using calipers, rulers etc. and clamp pieces.
4. Repair and adjust machinery as needed.
5. Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety.
6. Paint, label, and pack orders.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to read/write.
• Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed.
• Must be able to work a 10 hour/day work schedule.
• Must be able to work 1st shift 6am-4:45pm.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to communicate with other team members and other departments.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements – Essential

• Must be in good physical condition.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to push and pull up to 150 lbs.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks).
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment.
