Job Description
Responsibilities And Duties - Read work orders, follow production drawings and work instructions, and/or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Assemble smart electronic components and cable assembles using small hand tools.
- Crimp, solder, cement, press or similar operations to join or secure parts in place.
- Perform assembly tasks such as potting, encapsulating, sanding, cleaning, epoxy bonding, stripping, curing, and/or stamping.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills - High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience is not required, but a +; willing to train the right person.
- Visual acuity and able to distinguish colors
- Able to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Strong manual dexterity and gripping with both hands.
- Attention to detail, well organized, and consistent.
- Able to sit or stand for long periods of time doing repetitive tasks.
- Sustained dependable attendance.
- Interested in learning tasks and jobs.
- Open to changing work methods to accomplish assigned tasks.
