Job Description

Sepia is hiring an experienced, ambitious Server. Sepia is currently looking for someone to work at Sepia's Private Dining. This is a Part Time/ Seasonal position with opportunity to move into a full time position. Experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Sepia is open for dinner only Monday through Saturday, so evening and weekend availability is required. 

Requirements

• Hardworking, and willing to learn
• Detail-oriented, polished and poised
• Well-spoken and confident
• Efficient and works with a sense of urgency and purpose
• Works well in team environment
• Passionate about food and beverages

Preferred experiences 

• Extensive wine knowledge, preferably demonstrated by a WSET or Court of Master Sommelier's certification 
• Experience with fine dining food and wine service
• Experience with Toast POS system
