Job Description

Beech Mountain Resort in Beech Mountain, NC is looking for baristas to join our team at First Chair Coffee Shop. We are located on 1007 Beech Mountain Pkwy. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working. Currently hiring for positions starting mid to late May.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Work a POS system and make meaningful customer connection
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Preform daily cleaning of the shop
• Greet customers entering and leaving the business
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Provide exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven working experience in the food service industry

Required Qualifications

• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Ability to project voice and confidently interact with customers
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team
• Weekend Availability

Seeking individuals with Saturday and Sunday availability.

Must have reliable transportation.
