Nestled next door to the Southern Marin Fire Station, our café is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a welcoming sanctuary for locals, first responders, and tourists alike. We take pride in sourcing the highest quality coffees and teas from the San Francisco Bay Area, bridging the gap between organic farmers, roasters, and our customers. Whether it’s a cup of comfort for someone working remotely, a quick pick-me-up for a firefighter, or a refreshing tea for a traveler, we’re here to serve with a smile.
As a Barista, you’ll be at the heart of our café, delivering exceptional service and crafting beverages that brighten our customers’ days. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Engaging with customers to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the café to ensure a pleasant environment for all.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of barista experience —you know your way around an espresso machine and can whip up a latte that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
- A genuine passion for coffee, tea, and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
