We are seeking an entry-level Business Analyst (CPT/OPT eligible) to support requirement gathering, documentation, data analysis, and process improvement activities.
This role is ideal for Master's students or recent graduates who want to build a strong career foundation in business analysis and operations.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements , user stories, workflows, and process flows.
Prepare BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Stories , and business documentation.
Support data analysis using Excel, SQL, and reporting tools.
Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Participate in UAT activities - create test cases, validate results, track defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, QA).
Assist in preparing dashboards, presentations, and status updates for leadership.
Support Agile/Scrum processes including standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, MBA, Computer Science , or related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
Basic understanding of SQL (queries, joins, filters).
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of SDLC , Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA , Confluence , or similar.
Experience with Power BI or Tableau (dashboarding & visualization).
Understanding of process mapping , workflow diagrams, and BPM tools.
Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle .
Knowledge of KPIs, reporting metrics, and business analytics concepts.
Academic or project experience in business analysis.
