We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Casino Compliance Manager to ensure our operations adhere to all gaming regulations and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of gaming compliance, regulatory requirements, and risk management to maintain our casino's integrity and legal standing.

💼 Role: Casino Compliance Manager (Direct Hire)
Salary: $70-$100K DOE
What You'll Do:
∙Provide exceptional Guest service while maintaining a positive attitude.
∙Support and motivate Team Members while ensuring team responsibilities are performed
according to established departmental standards while safeguarding confidential information.
∙Establish and monitor regulatory compliance procedures and collaborate with the Lottery Commission.
∙Perform and review daily Title 31 audits to ensure proper recording and aggregation of
reportable cash transactions, completion of Multiple Transaction Log (MTL) and
Negotiable Instrument Log (NIL) logs, and proper documentation of Guest information.
∙Conduct transactional analysis of certain Casino transactions to detect potential suspicious activity.
∙Conduct and review internal SAR investigations and prepare summaries and
recommendations for presentation to the BSA Compliance Officer.
∙Audit Currency Transaction Report (CTR) and Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) filings.
∙Assist in the daily oversight of the property BSA, including liaising with operational
departments on BSA related matters and conduct reasonable suspicion training.
∙Lead and manage Compliance processes while overseeing and directing daily department operations.
∙Serve as the subject matter expert on departmental processes and procedures while
responsible for all department compliance.
∙Lead, maintain, and foster timely communication, teamwork, and collaboration within
their scope of responsibility.
∙Aid in drafting, creating, and updating policies and procedures under the guidance of Leadership.
∙Assist in budget creation, meeting revenue targets, managing expenses effectively, and
ensuring adherence to annual budgetary limitations.
∙Partner with Human Resources regarding team member disciplinary matters and employment terminations.
Minimum requirements
∙Must be at least 21 years of age.
∙High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate).
∙2+ years' experience in BSA or OFAC.
∙1+ years of accounting, auditing, gaming, or banking experience (Title 31).
∙Additional relevant experience or education may substitute minimum requirements.
