As a Charity Events Assistant, you’ll collaborate closely with our nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life through impactful live events and community engagement initiatives.
Your daily tasks may include:
Assisting with the planning and execution of charity events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns
Supporting event logistics including setup, registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and on-site management
Engaging donors, volunteers, and the public to communicate campaign goals and encourage participation
Managing promotional materials, event supplies, and communications to ensure seamless event delivery
Collecting and updating donor data, supporting reporting and post-event follow-up activities
Collaborating with internal teams and nonprofit partners to achieve successful event outcomes
Participating in training sessions and team meetings to develop your outreach and event coordination skills
