We’re looking for enthusiastic Charity Events Assistants to join our growing outreach team! In this hands-on, entry-level role , you’ll play a key part in planning and executing community events that support impact-driven nonprofit organizations .

No experience necessary —just a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and a heart for making a difference!

💼 Role Overview: Charity Events Assistant

As a Charity Events Assistant, you’ll work directly with nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life at public events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of charity events, fundraisers, and outreach programs

• Assist with event logistics including setup, registration, signage, and volunteer coordination

• Engage with donors, supporters, and event attendees to share campaign goals and encourage participation

• Manage event materials, supplies, and communication to ensure a smooth on-site experience

• Help collect and update donor and supporter data for follow-up and reporting

• Work collaboratively with nonprofit partners and internal teams to ensure event success

• Participate in training and team meetings to build your skills in outreach and event support

You don’t need prior experience in events or the nonprofit sector—we’ll provide paid training and mentorship . What matters most is your passion for social impact and your eagerness to grow.

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are passionate about nonprofit work , community service, or social causes

• Have strong communication skills and enjoy public interaction

• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

• Feel confident speaking with people at live events

• Thrive in team environments and are eager to learn

• Are 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Bonus : Experience in event coordination, customer service, fundraising, hospitality, or volunteer work is a plus—but not required!
