Your Impact:
- Be the linchpin for G Code program creation on Fanuc-controlled CNC Mills, embracing sole accountability for 2D and 3D programs.
- Possess outstanding skills in complex setup for milled tooling components; communicate and troubleshoot effectively.
- Engage regularly with our R&D Shop Manager, ensuring fluid project timelines and effective use of milling resources.
- Expand your competence with Mazak controls and 4th axis programming.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma, with bonus preference for candidates with higher education in machining or computer science.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in CNC milling involving 3D mold machining.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in off-line programming, using software like DelCam Power Mill or Surf Cam.
- Hands-on experience in machining 3D molds, preferably with thermoform tools.
- Proficiency in PC-based CAM programming for detailed 3D work.
- Advanced knowledge of CAD tools such as Solid Works, Pro E, or AutoCAD.
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office is required.
