**Job Title: Concrete Finisher and Carpenter** **Job Description** Join our team working on an important project at the Patrick Space Force. You will be responsible for installing and repairing security fencing, gates, and related equipment. This role requires strong skills in concrete construction and masonry. **Pay:** 37.75/hr with Fringe **Shift:** 6am to 4:30 Monday through Friday 50 hours/week **Duration:** 6 month Contract **Responsibilities:** Install and repair security fencing, gates, and equipment. Form, place, and finish concrete structures. Tie reinforcing bar (rebar) for concrete foundations. Layout, install, and repair security fencing and gates. Utilize hand tools such as shovels, picks, screwdrivers, wrenches, saws, drills, and prybars. Move materials and assist in the installation of security gates. Perform basic finish carpentry duties. **Essential Skills:** Minimum 5 years of experience as a construction tradesperson in concrete. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Experience in concrete pours, concrete finishing, and general labor. Skills in bricklaying, carpentry, and working with rebar. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** Experience installing a variety of security fencing and gates is preferred. Experience placing and finishing reinforced concrete is preferred. Be prepared for hot summers and cold winters. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Palm Bay, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $37.75 - $37.75/hr.
