Job Title: Scheduling Specialist
Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Scheduling Specialist to join our client to support nationwide inspection operations by coordinating and dispatching service appointments. This hybrid role, based in Wayne, PA, ensures inspectors are scheduled efficiently, customers receive timely updates, and escalated requests are handled with care. As a key member of the scheduling team, you will balance high call volumes, case management, and service-level expectations while contributing to overall department success. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with room to grow in a dynamic operations environment.
Compensation:
$20.00/hour
Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Must be available until 8:00 PM up to 1–2 times per week on remote days after training.
Key Responsibilities of the Scheduling Specialist:
• Coordinate and dispatch inspection appointments through high-volume inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication with clients and inspectors.
• Process inspection and case requests within established service-level agreements to maintain timeliness and accuracy.
• Provide second-level support for escalated or complex scheduling issues via phone and email.
• Track, update, and maintain accurate records in internal systems to reflect scheduling activity and inspector availability.
• Assist with ad hoc scheduling needs and urgent requests to support overall operations.
Qualifications and Skills for the Scheduling Specialist:
• Previous experience in a call center or corporate customer service setting (1–2 years preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage high call volumes effectively.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• A degree is preferred; equivalent work experience is highly valued.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
