Job Title: Drilling Fluids Plant Operator

Duration: 7+ Months (Contract to Hire)
Pay Rate: $20.00 $23.00/hr on W2
Job Summary:
The Drilling Fluids Plant Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable preparation and delivery of drilling fluid products. This role manages bulk plant operations, ensures quality control, supports logistics coordination, and complies with all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Blend and mix bulk drilling fluid products per job program requirements.
Calculate and verify material quantities prior to loading and delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to wellsites.
Follow quality assurance procedures for proper loading and handling.
Coordinate bulk product movement with PSD and Logistics teams.
Maintain inventory records and complete daily/monthly documentation.
Label, store, and dispose of materials and containers safely.
Perform daily equipment checks and keep the bulk plant clean and operational.
Participate in risk analysis, continuous improvement, and training activities.
Adhere to PPE requirements and all HSE policies.
