Working Hours: Monday to Friday Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that align with our company's goals and enhance our brand visibility. As an Event Coordinator, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, vendors, and clients to create memorable experiences that meet budgetary and logistical requirements. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from conception to completion.
• Work closely with clients to establish event goals and objectives.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and kept within limits.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best rates.
• Create and manage detailed project timelines for each event.
• Coordinate logistics such as catering, audiovisual needs, transportation, and accommodations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
