Job Title: Part Time Nanny-South Royalton, VT
About the Family:
A loving family expecting their first baby (due January 2nd) is seeking a warm, caring, and experienced nanny to provide attentive care for their newborn. The nanny will begin in February, when the baby is approximately one month old. This is a live-out position. Medical students with newborn experience welcome to apply!
Schedule:
Tuesday: 5:00 AM – variable, typically until 8:00–9:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Guaranteed 30 hours a week
Commitment: At least 1 year
Compensation & Benefits:
Rate: $30 – $35 per hour (payroll or cash)
Paid Time Off: 10 vacation days, 6 paid holidays, 2 sick days, 2 personal days
Healthcare Stipend: Provided
Parking: Available
Provide nurturing care for a newborn
Feeding, changing, and soothing infant
Engaging with baby through age-appropriate activities
Tracking developmental milestones and supporting healthy growth
Handling all baby-related tasks (bottle prep, laundry, diapering, organizing baby’s belongings)
Qualifications:
Previous experience caring for newborns
CPR/First Aid certified (infant required)
Up-to-date on all vaccines
Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must have a valid driver’s license
