6-12 Month Contract –
W2 LOCAL - HYBRID - Field Support for 4 Locations
Provide end user support for 300+ internal employees and several remote users. Candidates should also have an understanding of Active Directory, anti-virus, DHCP, DNS, and Windows Updates.
Typical Duties:
- Password resets, Microsoft Windows, Outlook & Office troubleshooting & support, mobile device support (iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry, Android)
- Connectivity/issue resolution
- Configuration and verification of backups
- Windows and Office Suite Troubleshooting and Support
Suggested Experience and Education
- Experience performing remote troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application, connectivity and sw issues remotely
- Experience creating, disabling and unlocking accounts and/or passwords within Active Directory, Windows XP /7 Operating Systems
- Familiarity with troubleshooting networking fundamentals; DHCP, DNS, SMTP and TCP/IP
