What You'll Do: The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) will provide PTA based services to patients in the comfort of their homes. Assess and evaluate patients and develop plans of care (POC). Provide treatments as required in accordance with established POC's. Provide thorough and prompt documentation of progress during episodes.
