Housekeeper for an Upper East Side Residence Our clients are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join the domestic team in the UES residence. A long-term Housekeeper is retiring, and we are hiring a dedicated professional to ensure the residence continues to be beautifully maintained. This hands-on cleaning role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively within an established team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a commitment to fulfilling the principals preferences and maintaining an immaculate home. A cheerful demeanor and positive attitude, paired with exceptional standards is key. Responsibilities Daily and deep cleaning of the home Provide expert care for delicate materials and finishes, including marble, silver, china, crystal, art, antiques, etc. Manage household laundry tasks with care and precision Organize and complete household projects as needed Collaborate seamlessly with the rest of the team Run errands and assist with occasional events Travel to the Hamptons in the summer, you will be able to come home weekly Qualifications Expertise in cleaning and laundry, with an understanding of high-end materials Prior experience working as a Housekeeper in a private residence or luxury hospitality setting Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy environment Strong initiative and a passion for supporting a familys needs Personable, professional, and able to adapt to varying situations Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when requested Schedule Monday to Friday Your shift could be 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. etc. The family is willing to accommodate a consistent schedule that appeals to you. The family requests some flexibility for extended hours or weekend work.
