Labor, Delivery, Recovery, & Postpartum Registered Nurse (RN) - Travel Position Location: Devils Lake, ND Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12s Rotate Pay: $2844/week Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LDRP Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the entire childbirth process. This role is a unique opportunity to work in an 4-bed unit where you will care for the same family from labor through recovery and postpartum. The ideal candidate is a nurturing professional who can manage the complexities of labor and delivery while also providing expert care and education for new mothers and their infants. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and the postpartum period.
• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs, contractions, and progress, and respond to any changes.
• Administer medications and assist with pain management interventions.
• Assist physicians and midwives during labor, delivery, and postpartum procedures.
• Educate and support patients and their families on newborn care, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all care provided.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in North Dakota or a compact state.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent LDRP or L&D nursing experience.
• COVID vaccine and recent TB test may be required.
