Summary
Manage and maintain the Quorum land system, ensuring all historical and current contracts and documents are accurately uploaded, indexed, and accessible. Maintain up-to-date land records, track lease and agreement obligations, and coordinate renewals, amendments, extensions, and terminations. Ensure documentation is complete, compliant, and properly recorded in Quorum and the Online Document Library (ODL).
Support audits, acquisitions, and due diligence by retrieving, verifying, and organizing land documentation. Prepare landowner statements, respond to landowner and internal inquiries, and serve as a liaison between the land team and other departments. Provide monthly obligation calendars, assist with administrative functions, reporting, presentations, and oversee implementation of internal land file databases. Comply with company policies, safety standards, timekeeping requirements, and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
Upstream or midstream oil and gas experience
Quorum or comparable land system experience
Strong system management, organization, and time management skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and cross-department collaboration skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Enverus (Drilling Info)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Professional and discreet with confidential information
Limited travel availability
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years’ experience in Lease Analyst, Division Order, Land Administration, or Land Technician roles
Experience with startup, small, or mid-cap oil and gas companies
SWD experience
