Are you passionate about luxury, beauty, and helping clients look and feel ageless ? Join a team that operates over 30 locations across the US and continues to expand into new markets , offering high-end aesthetic spa treatments and premium skincare.

As a Travel Sales Manager , you will have the opportunity to work across different spa locations based on business needs , providing personalized service to clients while driving sales of high-ticket treatments and skincare packages. All travel, accommodations, and transportation are fully handled for you. A travel coordinator will arrange flights, hotels or Airbnb stays, gas, tolls, and company car, so you can focus on delivering a luxurious client experience .

Leads are already provided , so no cold calling is required. This role is perfect for someone who loves to travel, thrives in dynamic environments, and is passionate about beauty, wellness, and luxury services . You will be part of a team committed to rejuvenation, high-quality aesthetics, and client satisfaction , working alongside estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive upselling and cross-selling of premium spa services and high-ticket skincare products.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring a memorable, luxurious experience.

  • Collaborate with on-site teams such as estheticians, nurses, sales supervisors, and front desk staff to achieve daily sales targets .

  • Travel to multiple locations as assigned and adapt quickly to each spa's environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-ticket sales .

  • Dynamic, beauty-focused personality , passionate about luxury aesthetics.

  • Comfortable with travel and flexible assignments across locations.

  • Valid driver's license .

  • Comfortable or agreeable with being a W9/1099 contractor , responsible for own taxes.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay of $3,000 per month , with additional commission on every sale.
