Maintenance Manager - Metals Recycling - Base Salary to 125k/year - Tulsa, OK

Our client, a large Scrap Metal Recycler, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Maintenance Shop & Yard Equipment.
In this role, the Maintenance Manager will be the point person for all Maintenance Related Issues & will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of the fleet, heavy machinery and stationary equipment.

Responsibilities:

Manage & Supervisor Daily Operations in the Yard and the Shop
Foster a culture of accountability
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all trucks and heavy equipment
Ensure safe work practices are in place & adhered to
Responsible for Maintenance Budget & Maintaining Costs
Troubleshoot Mechanical & Operational Issues
Oversee Inventory for Critical Spare Parts & Manage Vendors for External Repairs
Offer Process Improvements to Enhance Productivity & Efficiency

Qualifications:

Proven Experience in Maintenance Management - Preferably in heavy equipment or fleet management
Mechanical Knowledge & hands-on Experience with Heavy Equipment and Stationary Machinery

Compensation:

Compensation for this role includes a base salary up to 125k/year. Our client also offers individualized health benefits and 401k with a company match.
