Job description Work closely with customers and internal personnel, and will manage and resolve technical issues in limited scope and contractual problems on both new and recurring programs while maintaining business relationships with customers. Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company effectively in situations requiring sound judgment, initiative and discretion.
  • Resolve problems independently within guidelines.
  • Manage multiple project tasks.
  • Prepare and transmit correspondence of contractual and technical nature to customer and to company departments.
  • Support program managers with technical issues within limited scope.
  • Tracks performance, maintains and monitors customer metrics and reports results.
  • Acknowledge purchase orders and amendments for new orders and others as assigned.
  • Identifies risks associated with contractual terms and conditions and develops, proposes and coordinates for internal review.
  • Negotiate contract changes within established guidelines.
  • Support long-term contract negotiations and assist program managers with proposal preparation.
  • Provide change quotations and information regarding delivery and status on new jobs to customers.
  • Recognize potential sales opportunities and pass them on to Program Managers for follow up.
  • Handles and communicates Accounts Receivables issues directly with the customer in support of Finance.
Requirements:
  • Must be a U.S Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Contract Reviewing and receiving POs Experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Aerospace experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to troubleshoot and recommend solutions in a team environment
  • Computer skills and knowledge

Descripci?n del puesto Trabajar en estrecha colaboraci?n con los clientes y el personal interno, y gestionar y resolver problemas t?cnicos de alcance limitado y problemas contractuales en programas nuevos y recurrentes, manteniendo al mismo tiempo las relaciones comerciales con los clientes. Responsabilidades:
  • Representar eficazmente a la empresa en situaciones que requieran buen juicio, iniciativa y discreci?n.
  • Resolver problemas de forma independiente, dentro de las directrices.
  • Gestionar m?ltiples tareas del proyecto. * Preparar y transmitir correspondencia contractual y t?cnica al cliente y a los departamentos de la empresa.
  • Apoyar a los gerentes de programa con problemas t?cnicos dentro de un alcance limitado.
  • Realizar un seguimiento del rendimiento, mantener y supervisar las m?tricas del cliente e informar de los resultados.
  • Reconocer las ?rdenes de compra y las modificaciones para nuevos pedidos y otros, seg?n se le asigne.
  • Identificar los riesgos asociados a los t?rminos y condiciones contractuales y desarrollar, proponer y coordinar para su revisi?n interna.
  • Negociar cambios contractuales dentro de las directrices establecidas.
  • Apoyar las negociaciones de contratos a largo plazo y ayudar a los gerentes de programa con la preparaci?n de propuestas.
  • Proporcionar cotizaciones de cambios e informaci?n sobre la entrega y el estado de los nuevos trabajos a los clientes.
  • Reconocer posibles oportunidades de venta y transmitirlas a los gerentes de programa para su seguimiento.
  • Gestionar y comunicar los problemas de cuentas por cobrar directamente con el cliente en apoyo del departamento de finanzas.
Requisitos:
  • Ser ciudadano estadounidense.
  • Licenciatura.
  • Experiencia en revisi?n de contratos y recepci?n de ?rdenes de compra.
  • Experiencia en atenci?n al cliente.
  • Se prefieren experiencia aeroespacial
  • Se requieren excelentes habilidades de organizaci?n, comunicaci?n verbal y escrita. * Atenci?n al detalle y precisi?n
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas y recomendar soluciones en equipo
  • Habilidades y conocimientos inform?ticos
