Frozen & Dairy Inventory Control Associate

Location: Brownsburg, IN

As a Frozen & Dairy Inventory Control Associate, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring products are stocked, rotated, and handled with care so our guests can count on quality every time they shop.

You’ll help maintain accurate inventory, support food safety standards, and create a clean, well-organized shopping experience in temperature-controlled environments. If you’re detail-oriented, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work, this role offers a meaningful way to support your community every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Stock, rotate, and organize frozen and dairy products according to food safety and freshness standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory through labeling, tagging, and cycle counts.
• Ensure product dates, pricing, and signage are correct and up to date.
• Monitor product conditions to support quality, temperature, and safety compliance.
• Build and maintain clean, organized cases and displays.
• Use handheld devices and in-store technology to complete inventory tasks.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers and assist with product questions.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leaders to meet department goals.
• Assist in other food departments as needed to support store operations.

• Comfort working in refrigerated and freezer environments for extended periods.
• Ability to learn and use inventory and merchandising technology.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, bend, push, and move product safely throughout your shift.
• Desire to take pride in your work and help create a great guest experience.
