ATC Healthcare is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily operations at a busy Urgent Care center in West Philadelphia. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys being the backbone of office and administrative operations. As the Office Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day workflow, supporting leadership, maintaining administrative and personnel records, and coordinating office operations to keep the clinic running efficiently.
