Salary: $65,000- $75,000 | Full-Time

We are partnering with a high-end custom home builder in Atlanta, known for creating exceptional luxury homes with a focus on craftsmanship, transparency, and client satisfaction. Their team is small, close-knit, and collaborative, where every employee plays a key role in delivering extraordinary results.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to handle bookkeeping, office operations, and project support. This dual-role position ensures smooth financial and administrative workflows while supporting project managers and leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, trustworthy, calm under pressure, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the office.
Responsibilities:
Manage invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and expense tracking in QuickBooks Desktop.
Prepare financial reports, including project cost tracking and profitability analyses.
Reconcile multiple credit card statements and ensure timely payments.
Maintain project accounts weekly to ensure proper cash flow.
Assist with 1099 preparation for subcontractors.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with W-9s, signed trade agreements, and insurance documentation.
Support project managers with scheduling, purchase orders, change orders, and vendor communications.
Maintain office organization, supplies, and equipment.
Implement and improve office policies and procedures to increase efficiency.
Occasionally assist with budget meetings or operational check-ins.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, office management, or administrative roles; construction experience preferred.
Proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
Positive, grounded, and calm under pressure.
Familiarity with construction software (Buildertrend, Dropbox) a plus.
