We are a non-medical home care registry that connects clients with professional caregivers who can assist with bathing, transportation, homemaking, companionship, and more! Our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL looking for an Office Manager to join our team of passionate, energetic, and committed professionals who serve the elderly and disabled community in Broward County. The Office Manager is responsible for the daily operations of our home care office, which are varied, fast-paced, and rewarding. A mix of social services, customer service, finance, human resource, and sales are all parts of this exciting role. The ideal candidate is an energetic, professional, kind, and well-organized leader who can wear multiple hats and has extensive experience in customer service or client-facing environments. Manager qualifications include, but are not limited to: * Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills * Pleasant phone manner * Reliable and consistent * Creative with problem-solving skills * Organized and detail oriented * Flexible and able to multitask * Hold a current and valid driver’s license * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite * Spanish speaking preferred but not required * Home Care experience a plus!
