Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of front desk experience in a dental or medical office
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Dentrix Software is a plus
Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar
• Verify insurance and process billing
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks
