Mental Health Practice located in Wilmington, NC is looking for a part time admin assistant to join our team. We are flexible with scheduling. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, reliable, and MUST be a team player! Together Everyone Achieves More:-)

Responsibilities

• Answering and returning telephone calls
• Daily reminder calls for appointments
• Front desk check in/check out & collecting copays
• Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
• Data entry Excel Spreadsheets, Word, and Outlook,
• Google Docs & Google Voice
• Experience working in Medical Office and EHR Systems
• Maintain an organized filing system
• Familiar with basic insurance knowledge
• Other task as needed

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Prior Medical Office Experience
• Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, Word, Outlook, QuickBooks
