What You’ll Do:
As our Patient Care Coordinator , you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice that guides patients through their eye care journey. Your day-to-day will include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, in person and over the phone.
• Managing appointments, scheduling, and patient flow efficiently.
• Assisting with insurance verification and patient intake.
• Supporting doctors and staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
• Keeping the front office organized and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A people person with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and digital records.
• Experience in a medical, dental, or eye care office (preferred but not required).
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
