Well established and respected nephrology practice 90 minutes from Chicago is seeking to add to their physician team. The practice offers a flexible schedule, supportive physician partners and strong team inspired environment. They have a busy practice with a large ESRD and CKD population. The new physician would benefit from a ready-made practice, a great call schedule, above average salary guarantee and excellent benefits. Partnership is offered after two years. Physicians share in 10 week rotation that offers flexibility if needed to ensure a health work-life balance and optimal patient care.

Rockford is a short drive to Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison. It is known for its cultural and historical significance, as well as it affordable housing. It is the third largest city in Illinois and sits along the bank of the Rock River. The city offers a diverse manufacturing base with aviation, aerospace, precision tools and medicine.

Candidate qualifications:
BC/BE in nephrology
Licensed/able to obtain a medical license in the State of Illinois
Work well in a team environment
Excellent communication skills
Willing to make a long-term commitment to the community, patients and practice
Ambitious
