Primary Care Physician

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: $240,000 annually
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (paid in two installments: $5,000 after orientation and $5,000 after one year of successful employment)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for adult and pediatric populations, including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary medical team to support the organization’s mission and goals
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Deliver care in alignment with managed care requirements and quality standards

Requirements

• Active Colorado Medical License as an MD or DO
• Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine preferred
• Current DEA Certificate, including Suboxone DEA
• CPR and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 3-12 months)
• Eligibility for malpractice insurance coverage
• Proficiency in computer use, including EMR systems
