Telework Information : This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, with up to two days of remote work and three days or more onsite, per week.

Effective July 1, 2025, The California Department of Human Resources (CalHR) implemented the Personal Leave Program 2025 (PLP 2025). PLP 2025 directs that each employee shall receive a 3 percent reduction in pay in exchange for 5 hours of PLP 2025 leave credits, monthly. The Investment Office – Private Equity (PE) team is seeking an Investment Officer II (IO II) to support the lead Investment Officer in managing and monitoring global partnerships and co-investments.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Assist the lead Associate Investment Manager (AIM) or Investment Manager (IM) in managing private equity investments through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Review legal matters impacting investments and recommend appropriate actions.
• Monitor the progress of new partnership opportunities, including investment evaluations.
• Support the underwriting of new investments by providing analytical and process support.
