Your role

We are looking for an Production Supervisor junior - area Automation who will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex and automated Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards.

Main responsibilities:

1. Management of the efficiency, quality and OEE KPIs

2. Guarantee the production output of the area in order to respect the industrial plans

3. Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels;

4. Responsibility of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop.

5. Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism.

6. Training and Development direct team members

7. Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods

8. Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences.

9. Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk.

10. Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department to develop continuous improvement projects

Main requirements:

1. Master’s Degree in Engineering

2. At least 2-3 years of experience

3. Previous experience of responsibility is appreciated

4. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma)

5. Strong managerial skills

6. Problem solving attitude

7. Good relationship skills
