Location: Ellsworth Air Force Base – South Dakota (On-Site Only)
Pay: $55.00/hr (Negotiable) + $5,000 relocation incentive for out-of-state candidates

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Required).
Minimum 5 years of construction engineering experience.
Must have experience commissioning new electrical systems and equipment.
Must be eligible to work on-site at a federal facility (Ellsworth AFB).
Strong knowledge of construction QA/QC processes, contract administration, and technical submittals.
Serve as Project Engineer for on-site construction contracts at Ellsworth AFB.
Participate in all contract phases, from pre-work meetings to project close-out.
Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, submittals, and RFIs.
Develop Quality Assurance Plans and support on-site QA Representatives.
Monitor construction progress, contractor performance, and safety compliance.
Prepare scopes of work, support contract modifications, and track project status.
Review contractor proposals, payment estimates, schedules, and documentation.
Consult with stakeholders and advise on project status, potential delays, and issue resolution.
Commission new electrical systems and equipment on-site.
