Pay Rate: $67 per hour
Job Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery for an exciting job in Fort Myers, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in Labor & Delivery with a focus on high-acuity situations
- Maintain patient ratios of 1–2:1
- Perform continuous fetal monitoring using Epic EMR
- Adhere to unit policies and documentation requirements
- Float to other units/campuses as assigned
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care
Requirements:
- Current RN license in Florida
- Minimum 2 years of L&D experience
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring class required; Advanced Fetal Monitoring and EFM certification preferred
- Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5+ years of experience in L&D
- Ability to handle high-acuity patients
