Active TN RN license
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
Experience:
ER holding experience required
Minimum 1 year EPIC experience
Floating required within the hospital (based on skill set)
Mixed Med-Surg/Telemetry
Step-down from ICU but no vents or pressor support
Drips managed:
Heparin
Cardizem
Amiodarone
Sotalol initiation
Full continuous telemetry monitoring
COVID-19: Not required
Flu: Required (no exemptions)
