Remote Project Manager: Pre Engineered Metal Buildings
Overview :We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-engineered metal building projects from award through completion. This role requires expertise in fabrication and erection, strong leadership, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with design, procurement, fabrication, and erection teams
Act as primary client liaison, ensuring satisfaction and timely updates
Maintain project schedules and manage subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and manage change orders
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
Conduct site visits, inspections, and risk assessments
Lead project teams and provide training as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of project management experience, PEMB (Pre-Engineered Metal Building) experience strongly preferred
Familiar with project management tools and MS Office
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience with MBS, Bluebeam, Procore, Tekla, Smartsheets
PMP certification a plus
