Position Overview  

CB Chandler Companies is seeking an experienced Roofing Repair & Punch List Technician to oversee and complete roofing punch list items on new home construction projects. This role requires a well-rounded roofing professional who can perform final detail work, ensure quality standards are met, and maintain a safe and efficient job site. 

Responsibilities:  

• Manage and complete roofing punch list repairs for new home construction projects, including: 
• Pipe collars, flashing, spot shingle replacement 
• Small tear-offs (1–2 squares if needed) 
• Verify all roofing items meet company and builder quality standards 
• Coordinate with crews and site superintendents to complete closeout items 
• Operate and maneuver company-provided truck, trailers, and ladders 
• Maintain strict jobsite safety and ensure compliance with fall protection standards 

Requirements:  

• 2–3+ years of residential roofing experience  
• Strong knowledge of roofing punch list repairs and quality control 
• Good driving record (company truck provided) 
• Familiar with trailers, ladders and working at height 
• Strong organizational and communication skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bilingual (English / Spanish) 
• Previous Fall Protection Training and safety awareness 

Compensation & Benefits:  

• Salary range: $45,000 – $55,000 annually (based on experience)
