Job Description

1. Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations .
2. Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions.
3. Prepare and implement Safety Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
4. Conduct risk assessments, job safety analysis (JSA) , and implement corrective actions.
5. Organize fire drills, safety mock drills , and emergency response training.
6. Maintain proper usage and availability of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) .
7. Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions , and submit reports.
8. Ensure compliance with Factory Act, 1948 , and other applicable safety laws.
9. Conduct toolbox talks and safety awareness programs.
10. Coordinate with contractors and departments to ensure safety at all stages of work.
11. Keep updated records of safety training, audits, and incident reports.
