What You'll Need to Have:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 4+ years on an Agile team, with at least 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, leading Agile teams with SAFe or general Agile frameworks.
Strong time management and facilitation skills.
Ability to remove impediments and lead through influence.
Knowledge of Agile practices such as user stories, retrospectives, TDD, ATDD, continuous integration, and information radiators.
Experience developing or managing digital capabilities.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Familiarity with Design Thinking.
Background in multiple tech roles preferred (PM, UX, BA, Dev, QA).
