Job Description: Sr. Automation Engineer Python PyTest, PySpark & Terraform
Having 6-8 years of overall experience, including minimum 5 years leading SDLC compliant on-shore and off-shore QA test teams
Lead QA initiatives including managing QA teams of 2-3 people and contributing to the testing effort in a hands-on role with good Functional testing
Hands on experience with Automation using Python, Pytest Python web framework on UI and API automation script development testing UI and backend components
Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers
Develop and execute automation test cases, scripts, plans and procedures
