• Directly analyze and evaluate loan applications of SME customers to ensure compliance with credit risk policies, standards, procedures and other internal regulations in VPBank's lending activities.
• Evaluate sales staff's analysis to identify potential risks and provide risk analysis for Credit Committee Members to make decisions.
• Directly assess customer's business operations when necessary/as requested by management.
• Participate in Credit Councils according to approved limits (if any).
• Participate in training for sales staff, give opinions on credit policies, products, processes, detect suspicious transactions/records and be responsible for reporting to managers and professional contacts.
• Perform other tasks as directed by direct manager.

• University degree or higher in Banking, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields.
• At least 05 years of working experience in the field of: SME customer relations/SME appraisal/credit monitoring/credit risk management... of the Bank.
• Priority is given to candidates with knowledge in financial statement analysis and appraisal of individual/SME/MSME customers, with knowledge in industry analysis and economic fluctuations.
