Senior Workday HCM Specialist

Location: Oklahoma (On-site)

Compensation: $125,000 – $140,000 + Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

Direct Hire - MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES NOW AND IN THE FUTURE WITHOUT ASSISTANCE

We are seeking a Senior Workday HCM Specialist to join our client's HR team. This direct-hire role will serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, supporting system configuration, business processes, data integrity, and end-user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure Workday HCM and related modules (Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Payroll, Benefits).
• Maintain and optimize business processes, reports, dashboards, and security.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to implement system enhancements.
• Manage system releases, testing, and data integrity.
• Provide end-user training, support, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration and support.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and Workday reporting (calculated fields, dashboards).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience in multiple Workday modules.
• Workday certification(s).
• Familiarity with Workday Studio, Prism Analytics, BIRT, and integrations.
• HR systems project management or implementation experience.
