The Sewer or Septic Installer installs, diagnose and repairs residential and commercial drain systems.
Why This Role Matters We get it — too many jobs in the trades don’t value your time, don’t give you the right tools or training, and treat you as replaceable. That’s not us. We’re looking for skilled, hardworking professionals who want to be recognized for their craftsmanship, their problem-solving mindset, and their grit. Whether you’re an experienced installer or someone with the drive to learn and grow into the role, you’ll find a supportive team here that has your back.
What You’ll Do - Install and repair sewer lines, septic systems, and related equipment with precision and care.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions that keep customers safe and satisfied.
- Work with excavation crews, plumbing technicians, and project leads to complete jobs on time.
- Operate equipment safely (backhoes, skid steers, trenchers) and maintain proper worksite safety practices.
- Provide excellent customer service — explaining the work in plain language and building trust.
What’s In It for You - Stability : Consistent, year-round work (no slow season stress).
- Respect : You’re not just a number — your skills and ideas matter here.
- Growth : Ongoing training and certifications to help you move up in your career.
- Compensation : Competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and benefits.
- Team Culture : Work alongside people who have each other’s backs.
What We’re Looking For - Experience : Ideally 5+ years in sewer/septic installation or related plumbing trades — but we’re open to candidates with fewer years if you bring strong transferable skills and the right attitude.
- Mechanical Aptitude : Comfortable with tools, machinery, and problem-solving.
- Work Ethic : Reliable, safety-minded, and committed to quality.
- Physical Ability : Able to handle outdoor work, heavy lifting, and all-weather conditions.
Transitive Roles That Translate Well Don’t have direct installer experience? You may still be a great fit if you’ve worked in:
- Plumbing, pipefitting, or drain cleaning
- Construction labor, heavy equipment operation, or site prep
- Utility installation (gas, water, or electrical underground work)
- Maintenance or facilities roles with hands-on repair experience
- Military service where you gained mechanical, equipment, or fieldwork experience
