Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $31.15 - $42.04 / hour
Assists Corporate Compliance, Legal Services, Human Resources, Drug Diversion, and Privacy with internal investigations and as necessary the coordination of investigations with other departments and external resources. Coordinates, manages, and monitors cases assigned to the Behavioral Threat Assessment Team. to ensure the implementation of intervention and management strategies that mitigate risk and support community safety.
Education: Associate degree required or two years of formal education or training beyond high school.
Experience: Minimum of three years of law enforcement or government entity investigation experience required.
Certification: N/A
License: State of Florida Class D License, State of Florida CC Private Investigator License at the time of hire or within 6 months of employment.
Other: Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Experience in case management, behavioral intervention, threat assessment, or a related field.
