We are seeking a Remote Travel Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for travel and customer service. You’ll be responsible for coordinating travel itineraries, managing schedules, assisting clients and agents, and ensuring every trip runs smoothly.

This is a remote position — you can work from anywhere in the U.S. with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate travel bookings, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and car rentals.
  
• Manage multiple travel itineraries, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.
  
• Communicate with clients and suppliers to confirm and finalize travel arrangements.
  
• Monitor booking confirmations, deadlines, and payment schedules.
  
• Handle schedule changes, cancellations, and re-bookings efficiently.
  
• Maintain detailed records of client communications and booking data.
  
• Deliver exceptional customer support with professionalism and attention to detail.
  

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Be authorized to work in the US with a social security number
  
• Speak English fluently
  
• Be over the age of 18
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  
• Dependable high-speed internet and a dedicated workspace.
